5-Day Metta Online Retreat

A five-day immersion in loving-kindness meditation conducted entirely online via Zoom. Each day includes a minimum of six hours of dedicated sitting practice. A silent vow is recommended for the full duration. Instruction follows the Six Rs method as taught in the Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation tradition.

Each day includes a 10 to 15 minute individual session with Ryan, giving you direct guidance and an opportunity to report on your practice. One evening Dhamma talk is offered daily.
