Bardo Yoga: 8-Week Lucid Dreaming & OBE Intensive
For the entirety of 60 days we will live, breathe, drink and eat lucid dreaming, dream yoga and out of body experience with an emphasis on Bardo teachings and exploration of the afterlife territories. We will start each morning with a combination of Focus 12 & 21 and end the evening with one or both. This is the most intensive Bardo practice immersion program that to my knowledge exists.
Teachings will include a direct exploration of Monroe Focus Levels, Higher Self Yoga, Afterlife Territories, the Life Review, Past Life Regression, In-between Life Regressions, interacting with the Peaceful & Wrathful Deities, the 5 levels of lucid dreaming, induction methods, mastery of the vibrational state, energy work and more.
