7-10PM Meditation
Open format Q&A followed by a long meditation on zoom.
Alternate sitting and walking for 3 hours in silence. Students are welcome to meditate as done in their own practice. Methods taught here are Dhammakaya meditation, loving-kindness and open awareness. ​
